We stand behind every product we sell. All items will be
test before ship out. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy
to make an exchange or refund within 30 days.
If item is defect or damage of non-human factors in 1 month, we will replace
without any extra charger or full refund after we receive the defect/damage
item.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the
purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition,
including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
Please be notice, we do not provide return label. Please chose the cheapest
shipping method to send back the defect item, mark out "warranty" on the
package, and attach a shipping fee invoice, we will bear the return shipping
fee.
If item had been used, no matter item defect or damage, we don't accept return.
